Default 993 Cup Holders?

Is there a permanent cup holder that can be installed in a 993? I'm not looking for the plug into lighter concept. I'm looking for something thats fixed and sturdy.

I use a roll of duct tape that is 3/4 the size of new plus it sticks to the mat/carpet.

The PO of my car installed a double (yes, double!) cup holder from a VW Passat on the passenger side of the center console. It folds when not in use and I prefer it to the one that mounts to the seat rail because it's not obtrusive to the passenger.

This is the best solution....

www.drinkholders.com.

They will supply one covered in your interior color. These cupholders are very good quality and look OEM. They are about $40.00, but well worth it.

I mounted mine on the passenger side of the center console. When folded up there is no interference.

I'm really surprised that Brey Krause has done one yet. Maybe something added to their fire extinguisher bracket? Inventivaconcepts looks to be a nice one.

+1 on the one Inkatouring is using. I have that and it is well made, looks very OEM.

I think in the UK it is used to hold a bottle of Bass or Sam Smith's Nut Brown Ale.

Hey Cactus ~ an elegantly simple solution. A roll of Duct Tape. Heading out the door to purchase my very own 993 cup holder, er,, duct tape.

Every now and again a spirited 993 run includes a latte stop . . . . "triple Venti latte pls." "$4.65 at the window pls. drive forward" Varoomm....

I bought one on Ebay about 4 years ago that sits where the CD holder would normally go---holds 2 cups of whatever but I dont use it that often. My method tends to be a bottle of water on the passenger floor or tucked in to the left corner of the passenger seat and the floor.
