That's one hellavu clock

I am sure motomeister finds a way to make the cracked case salvageable

My life does not revolve solely around the concept of 964/993 clocks. Honestly.

There is a 993 engine on Ebay that was damaged in a car accident. Its not cheap.

True, but you do make some beautiful clocks, and something like an engine case sends my creative thoughts in to overdrive, and even though Cactus had a thought about a coffee table, that seems too pedestrian for your creativity.

If you're not picky I'm sure you could find a 996 case easily enough.

Besides a foyer lamp you could use it as a fountain/waterfall too.

Yep, especially when they have already been ventilated

Hmm. A 993 engine case with six 993 clocks set into the cylinder openings, each showing different time zones.....

I think Mr. Clean scrubbed right through the case of the Dung Beetle!

If you haven't already, give Gennady @ GT Performance a call. He never throws anything away.

Good idea. Do I need permission from Mark before I call?

Does it need to be a 3.6L Al case? Plenty of not-economically-repairable 2.7L Mg cases around. Or maybe not as we probably threw them all away in the 90's. I MIGHT have some junk somewhere though.
