Default New Wheels Installed !!

Just put a set of 2005 Turbo S wheels and tires on last night. Did it the hard way, with the Porsche jack LOL.
I got the set from Steve at Bumperplugs. Brand new set (takeoffs). I like the GT Silver color of the Turbo S wheel, and that the wheels are kinda rare to begin with.
Love the 11" stance in the rear ! Big Fatty's !

Fer goodness sake, a $29 jack from your local auto supply store is better than the Porsche jack!

Looks nice,.....my favorite OEM wheel for a 993 widebody.

Agree with the above
- Nice wheels
- Lower is better
- Get another jack before you kill yourself or mangle your car!

Thanks for the thumbs up ! Lowering looks better, but not too realistic with my driveway or entry and exits I have to use.
I still might have to go to the Euro or RS ride height anyway !

Nice look with the 11's, I got a decent jack for $100 at Harbor Freight, After the Porsche jack slipped out from under the car one day as I was raising the car, good thing all the wheels were still on!

Are these the same wheels as the 996 Turbo hollow spokes. I just got a set of these for the track but haven't mounted any tires on them yet.

Hey Clipstone, are your rims on a narrow body car?

They are

Unfortunately they are replicas, not the real deal.
