How many miles are on the car? When was the last 30k service done? When was the last oil change?

I would do a oil change if it hasn't been done this year, if the 30k service (like BMW's INSP II) is close or hasn't been done in years, I would get that up to date.

Other then the DME relay, just drive & enjoy!!

Sign up for some track time. Then you can drive it (her) like it was meant to be driven.

You are probably thinking about the stock litronics setup (several thousand bucks).

There are conversion kits all over ebay for under $100 that give you the same basic results. Do a search here and you'll find lots of recommendations (more than you'll want) and it explains the process. The conversion takes less than a half hour, requires no changes to the stock wire harness or headlights, and can be reverted back to stock in under 5 minutes. Just make sure you get the slim ballasts so they fit inside the headlight tubs (avoid messy wiring, drilling, etc.).

The stock headlights do suck.

I really liked the base Fister exhaust mod, inexpensive, and sounds great without being too loud.

Get some leather cleaner and conditioner and start taking care of those seats regularly. You'll be glad you did in a few years, especially if you're driving it regularly.

A +1 on the comment about protection for the front of the car if you intend to drive regularly. It's a rock magnet. Clear bra is the way to go.
