Default Selling my 1997 993s :-( Sad for me good for you!!

I am sad to announce that I have to sell my 1997 993s. I love this car, it is the best I have ever had.

Long story short I have taken a job in London and will be there for AT LEAST the next two years. Rather than store the car where it won't be driven, I have decided to sell it and let someone else enjoy it.

So here's the scoop on the car:

1997 Carrera S
Black/black
104,000 miles

--ALL SERVICE RECORDS SINCE PURCHASE DATE!!!
--2 sets of wheels (one set of 18" turbo twists for summer 90+% tread left,
one set of 17" cup wheels for winter 95% tread left).
--Ipod compatible Alpine headunit and amplifier for upgraded speakers in
car (I have the original headunit too).
--Xenon headlights
--GHL exhaust and tips

--All work done by Zimbrick European in Madison, WI or VFC Engineering in Chicago.

I purchased this car since late 2006, I am the second owner, the first was my father (he still kicks himself for selling it to me even though he has a 997s now).

Price 32,000 USD

As an aside, I will have the car professionally detailed in/out before buyer picks it up in Chicago. If anyone wants to see more pics I can post them up.

Thanks for that :-) I always wanted to do it, and finally just went for it when I was redoing the wheels. They were 150 apiece to refinish, VERY cheap compared to having to buy new ones, and I figured I could just get them painted back if I didn't like it.

Yep, hardback seats, they're actually quite comfortable. You've been good this year. Why not treat yourself?

Nice looking car.

Suspecting that it has been driven through Chicago winters... What is the condition underneath..?

Can you provide some service history details. When was the major service work performed and what was done.
Whats the condition like currently. Everything work, oil leaks etc?

Just had a decent sized service done in June. Had the spark plugs replaced, distributors all tuned up, oil change with all filters done. A couple seals replaced as well, the car weeps a little bit of oil but nothing more than usual from what I have read on Rennlist. I also had an alignment done and replaced all the sway bar bushings with new elephant racing solid style bushings (really helped tighten up the steering btw). Top end was done under warranty a while ago when my dad owned it, so there are NO SAI CELS!!

Everything works on the car, I can take video if you like. I have all of the work history on the car (pretty sure I have EVERY oil change ever done and bulb replacement, etc).

That milage at that price, one has to be crazy to pay that price. Maybe a few years ago.
