So back to the garage... I'm waiting for a quote to stucco the walls flat and I ordered a stack-able full size washer and dryer. I'd like to epoxy the floors but I haven't removed the floor tile yet to see what lurks beneath. Hopefully I'll have some time this weekend to get some cleanup done..... Pics to follow.......
To save some work (ripping up the tiles), have you considered those "lego" like snap together floor tile systems? It would have the added advantage of some drainage.
Walls have been stucco'd and the tile removed. Water heater tank has been replaced with a Tital tankless heater. Next step is to paint the walls and epoxy the floor....
