My tray is available, pristine except for a couple of minor scratches from my dogs dragging it in the snow last winter.

What would it cost to ship a tray? I bet it could be sent with a few pieces of cardboard taped to it, just to cover the largest surfaces.

It's very simple. There are four screws only holding it in- basically at the corners. The tray comes off every time you get the oil changed because the 2nd oil filter and one of the oil drain plugs is above it. You'll just have to be on your back unless you have a lift.
