Default Not happy with Fister stage III

Having listened to over 100 sound clips and youtube exhaust tracks, I decided on Fister stage III. I opted out of the core exchange since I was not sure if I would like the new "sound". After numerous pm's with Darrin, I placed the order and waited for the fedex tracking number. By following the tracking number, I checked the progress daily. It was scheduled for Saturday delivery. In the meantime, I had taken off the OEM's and cleaned them up for storage. On Saturday I was helping my neighbor install rear shocks in his R/T when at 11:07 a.m., fedex pulled up with a box from "Lowe's". I looked at the shipping label and it was from Darrin. We finished up the R/T and I then proceded to spend the next 1/2 hour installing the stage III's. I rounded up the neighbors for testing of the sound in the neighborhood. I was anxious and nervous - what if it wasn't what I expected? Iginition lift-off - I was not happy, I was in heaven! The sound was unbelievable (said my wife). The neighborhood boys all approved - did a few test runs up and down the street for sound levels. (I was concerned because I live in a 55+ community.) If you feel your p-car is lacking in sound, there's only one choice - Fister (I, II, or III it's your choice).

The Fisters are great. I have IIs only because I'm chickensh*t and want to stay in good with my neighbors. I also don't want to drop rocks off the cliffs down on the road for the cars behind me when running the narrow canyons in the mountains

I know you're trying to be funny with your title thread "Not happy with Fister stage III," but maybe change it only because it might give the wrong impression. Some newbie folks might not read all the way through. Darin does great work and I'd hate to see any kind of "internet misunderstanding" from a Google search or something. Just my 2 cents.

Fisters FTW!

Glad you're HAPPY.

The III's actually don't sound overly loud, in that video. Are they tiring on a long drive?

My intent was to get people to read the thread and share my joy with the stage III muffs. The sound is great and I do not know how I lived without- it makes the car complete.....

I don`t know if I`m only one here but I got it and knowing Darrin here I feel he would get a chuckle from this and he also would not be happy but very satisfied .

Btw I open the thread and was ready to make an offer

Cheers Guy
