LOL...I am in the process of setting up a viewing tomorrow. Hopefully the deal will be set prior to my departure from Houston at around noon.

+1. The garage pic (w/stablemates) alone will be worth the price of admission.

Wow John. Very cool!

Celina? No way! My favorite drive is up the Tollway (boring) to 380 (boring) then 1385N and make my way over to 455. I go to 75, then turn around and go back the way that I came. I often do it on Sunday mornings. Stretches the RUF's legs and clears my head.

Just to be clear. If you intended to make the blue C4S a Turbo R, I don't think that RUF Dallas does that. As I emailed you, RUF Germany did those conversions by tossing out the NA engine and transmission then converting a new TT engine/trans to a Turbo R. Want to make sure that you understand that before you buy! I am sure that you do.

Maybe we could meet of for breakfast in downtown Celina some Sunday morning? I could get a few of us to show up.

Hey Techsis, Good luck at RPM, and let us know the results. Also check that CA against the car itself, as it did not look quite right to me..... power and heated seats, rear wipers ?????

Thanks for the sharp eye. I dismissed the seat's difference do to the fact that they were replaced (upgraded), but the rear wiper is a great catch. I will be asking and looking at the rear window. I am shacking my head that I missed the discrepancy.

I really appreciate that you guys help look out for other enthusiasts. In this world finding others that will reach out a hand to help is rare. I want to sure that those that reach out a hand understand that they are appreciated here on rennlist.

Thanks again....

Any Sunday will work for me.

The 455 stretch is the road that I enjoy my autos on all the time. I am right off of the most northern part of the road. The turns on this road make these fine vehicles shine. I limit the top end to 70 because these are my neighbors and I have scene the large tractor / combines occupying much of my lane when coming over a hill.

I could not imagine the cost of performing the upgrade to the turbo on the c4s, but I was still curious on the cost. I am not the driver that could put a c4s to the limits, not to mention a (my) turbo.

The straights on 455 are great, but the turns are what make it so sweet. I loved my Audi S4 (old dd) on the road in the curves, but the straights were just dangerous with the unlevel surfaces on the asphalt.

Both directions on 455 are good. Do you head north or south on your entrance?

I'm pretty sure that this is a former RLers car. I've seen it on here before anyways. Back then it had Roock wheels on, could be the same car? It was a C4S, it had the split-grille, no badge, color matched hardback seats and blue seatbelts.. Can't be that many can there?? It might be worth a search.. Anyways good luck John and I hope the car is to your satisfaction!

John, my watch says it's 12:31. You've already had one minute to decide. What's the holdup? There are lots of RLers waiting on pins and needles!
