Default Need advice - Is this Rust?
I noticed this in one of the photos of a car that I'm possibly looking to purchase. Looks like signs of rust. Thoughts? Thanks.

Can't tell for sure from the photo but it looks like the cosmoline is coming off the wall of the wheel well. You can always do a body shop PPI in addition to a mechanical PPI.

I have an Arctic Silver car, too. The wheelarches are arctic silver, but not clearcoated. Looks like the car has just been washed, (that's why the rotors look like that), some of the grime has come off, looks normal to me.

I think Seal gives Heidi Klum's underside less attention than Andreas gives his 993's...
