Laguna Seca Historic Races Aug 15-16
Just curious if folks have signed up for the Porsche Corral and Parade Lap at this years Historics in Monterey? Am sure you're all aware that Porsche is the Marquee.
Anyone going to the Palo Alto Concours in a couple weeks at Stanford? June 28 to be exact. Porsche is also the Marquee with Mustang. That should be interesting.....Carrera GT and a Mustang 5.0 parked side by side.

I had planned to go, but plans to take my son on a college tour roadtrip have overtaken them...bummer, I was looking forward to it, and even have a place to stay

There's a parade lap? I didn't see that on the schedule.
I am bringing my son (just turned 6) so it should be fun.
I'll be paying the way overpriced, marked-up-just-for-the-big-weekend rate for Sat. night's stay.

MarkD, Cool I'm sure we'll hookup is Darin going? The corral and parade lap this year is hosted by PCA of Monterey. You need to register by June 30th that's the last day.

Monday, there is a DE held @ LS. I've wanted to drive the Corkscrew at speed for a long time.
Wanna pass along info regarding the corral?

Go to the link and create a login and register. I'm not sure why it was not announced on the Laguna Seca website. I guess because they didn't want to over fill it so now the registration was extended out until June 30th.

I'll be there all weekend. We will have to really put something together. I'm also going to the Goodwood Festival of Speed again. They're expecting the largest ever turnout of 917's there this year. It should be an exciting summer!!! How about my new Sig?!?!?

I will also be at the tent thing, turn 4-5...
Scott, they are pretty proud of the corral parking and parade lap. Would have thought it might be packaged with the tickets as it is at ALMS.
Anyhow, does anyone know if "I will Pickup before Saturday 8/15" means it can be picked up at the corral?
