I have called RUF 3 times and emailed them twice. All I want is an extra set of center caps for my new wheels. No return calls or emails. Does anyone else have this issue or are they rolling in the dough so much that they can't be bothered with a simple request for CENTER CAPS! Whenever you call the messages say they will return the call soon. The email page says they will get back within 24 hours. No human ever answers the phone. Sorry to vent, but this crap pisses me off.

Does anyone have an extra set of RUF center caps?

I will be there tomorrow or Saturday. Do you want me to pick up a set for you when I'm there? If so, any specifics so that I get the correct set?

And, yes, it's often hard to get to a live human. I've called Hans a few times this week to confirm their receipt of my car and have yet to hear back.

BTW, the standard Ruf center caps come with the RUF logo unpainted - just the solid silver color. They can have them painted for you and it looks great.

Purchased their control module for the spoiler this week. Mark Plummer called me back within a couple of hours and I had the module in 48 hours.

It takes them a bit to return calls but they do.

Also, do get the Ruf logo on the center cap painted to match your cars paint. I did on my old Ruf rims, it looks terrific.

I never really come online that much but I am after some help.
I had my badges stolen off my car and it damaged the paint so bad I need to have the front bonnet and rear spoiler re-sprayed costing around £1500.
I contacted ruf about a new set of badges but they wouldnt rell them to me without my VIN and a picture of the stolen badges on the car, I sent them the pics and VIN and they sent me a new set of badges out.
However I need some new center caps also but its going to take ages going through the same system with phonecalls to germany and emails ect..

does anyone have a set they are selling, ideal color would be black with ruf in green.
also whats the best way to attached the new badges to stop them being stolen, the self ad is useless.

thanks for the post just checked them could not find a set of center caps, dam my wheels are booked in on Monday was hoping to find a set before then, saw some on ebay sold for around £30.00 but for only 3, he couldnt find a fourth.
