Default Weight of 18" Ruf wheels VS 18" BBS Wheels

Does anyone know how these wheels compare in weight?

1. 18' Ruf
2. 18" BBS LM
3. 18" My02's
4. 18" 993 Twists
5. Or do you have another Suggestion?

Looking for wheels that are preferably Deep dish in the rear (I know most of my choices arent). Can be ordered with Gold centers/Polished lip. Come in 18's. and Preferably not over 3K for just wheels. Anyone? lol.

Of the ones mentioned, only the BBS LMs would be available with Gold centres. If my memory serves me, BBS would be lightest, followed by the MY02s, the "twists" IF they are hollow spoke, and the RUFs in a heavy but cool-looking last place. "Deep dish" on a NB is tough. Have you considered BBS RS/GTs?

Man am I getting frustrated.
Finding 18" wheels with Gold centers for a Narrow 993 is like winning the lottery. Unless you wanna pay 6K.

Oh yeah, forgot the price point. I think you'd be hard pressed to meet all of your criteria for under 3K.

Well I can go over for something I really like.
I like the BBS LM's in Gold but a Pain to clean and 18's look too small cause of the double lip.

Default Ruf wheels

I 'm just jealous and crabby since I was first in line with a PM for the latest set listed, and lost the wheels to a subsequent poster...

I'm just glad someone else bought them. I want a set of those myself. I just don't want to pay for them!

944/951 guy, check out the BBS RS/GTs, they've got more of a lip than the LMs in NB 993 application and the spokes are slightly more "wide open" making cleaning a bit easier.

Since your considering Japanese wheels anyway (BBS)

The Work Brombacher wheels will be a bit over 3K but they're one of my faves. Someone here on the board has them in gold centers.

SSR Professor M1 are another option below 3K.

PM'd Mike (Arena 993) and ABSOLUTELY no hard feelings.

Glad he snagged 'em.
