I'm planning on getting the Mity Vac from Amazon for the Bimmer. I heard of claims that oil changes can be done wearing a white suit! Well..only if the filters are not under the car that is.

I bought the MityVac 7400 from this place:

http://www.tooldiscounter.com/ItemDi...lookup=MIT7400

Good price and delivery was 3 days with standard shipping.

I mainly tried this on the 993 because of the oil coming out of the tank so fast and making a mess, so for that it worked well.

8 qts. extracted from the tank.
½ qt. drained from the tank.
2 qts. drained from the sump and when the oil cooler line was disconnected (easier to get to the small filter and gets more oil out)

My extractor came with about 6-feet of tubing, is the reason you guys are not able to get the last 1/2 quart out of the tank due to short tubing or some other reason?

The tank is 1.9 gal. but you can get 2.0 gal. in it, no more. The tube is just long enough but you can order a longer one.
