Ducktail decal opinions
What do you guys think? For my 993 C2, mikez from Pelican is sending me a "Carrera" decal for the "wing" of my ducktail. How would my car look with "Porsche" across the bottom in the older style font like the one below?

As I look at it more I think you are right. The 70's cars with ducktail have a lot more room from the lower edge to where the "wing" starts. On mine, it would probably be too busy with the "Porsche" script in that tight space. Oh well!

I have your answer here. I used to have the smaller "Carrera RS" (without the RS), but took it off.
Eventually, I just put the OEM "Carrera" back on the lid.

I've seen it on another 993, didn't like it. The 993 rear end is very different from the original 911, that decal doesn't work IMO.

i like the "carrera" script for the wing part, but think the "porsche" part would be too much.
btw, i think the duck tail looks really good on your car.

I like that one! IMHO, the Porsche script is bit much on the 993, the center reflector does say PORSCHE on it.
