Thomas, coming back to this issue again - is there a Molex connector that will fit, or do we just use the pins and stick them into existing female connector without the shroud?

I'd be more comfortable with a plastic shroud if I can find the right mate to what's there. Just so plastic-on-plastic press fit keeps everything in place when the wheel is being turned.

Have been looking for advice on this. I would like to replace my 4 spoke airbag wheel with a Momo wheel I already have. Apart from the use of the resistor (I await a DIY with interest!) and the horn contact piece, can anyone tell me what boss I need as there appears to be much confusion as to whether this is feasible/advisable. The Momo 7004 boss seems to the one that fits the 993. Does this fit all 993s (mine is a 1997 C2)? Momo advise against its use in cars equipped with airbags as standard but I assume this is to protect them from any legal liability. If this boss is not the correct one can someone advise of alternatives which will fit a 1997 993?

Thanks for the help!

I use the 7004 on my '95, and I thought this was the correct size for all 993's.

i concur with Eric - 7004 for all 993s. 231 is sometimes mistakenly listed as fitting 993s, but, apparently, it does not.

I still need to find a damn long T30 bit somewhere. Any ideas?

Get one of these and cut off to use with a socket:

Bart, that's a possibility. i can simply use pliers to turn them.
Another thing I'm thinking about is a long bit on a T-handle.
