I have II's and just love them - but I am getting used to them. I would be willing to trade II's for III's.

Hey hold on there tiger! You are one of two guys in Jersey that I can listen to the II's and III's in person. If I like the II's I'll sell my I's, buy your II's and you can buy some III's

No worries... I'd gladly swap for Stage IIs or IIIs, but I was just jacking with folks above really.

Btw, I have stage 1s on my C2S. I can have them off the car and shipped this w/e.

EDIT
Patrick, apologies, I just reread this thread - not easy on my blackberry!!

You called 'shotgun' before I did. Sam, pls consider Patrick before I.

Cheers.

guys, thanks for the feedback, but I havent decided what I want yet, the Satge 1 or stage 2. So hold off on the swap offers untill I decide please....for now, I just want feedback on your experience with both stage 1 and 2. real life descriptions are great, like "BOULDERBOBO".

I LOVE the sound from my STG II's but just want a little bit more, so STG III's might find their way on.

The II's kick out some sound, but it's not overly loud & in the cabin, the sound is sweet music! No drone, not really loud, I find that the sunroof is always open so I can hear them better!

Calling out anyone in the Portland area with ANY of the stages. I am planning on the III's but sure would like to hear the difference also. I do live in a quiet tight neighborhood. Oh heck, the neighbors put up with the Harley for years...

Anyway, Darin, I am about ready for a trip your way. Is the offer still there? If not I'll just ship them to you. I am short of vacation so may have to wait till june for a trip down.

Absolutely, the offer still stands! You can stay here, no problem. I absolutely love my IIIs, and have many sets out there with very happy people! If you come down, MarkD has Stage II on his cab, and I have IIIs on my car...so you can hear them both, side-by-side. I still think IIIs are the Shizznit!

Very cool. Any particular styles of ales you prefer(IPA, Reds, Stouts, Porter)? All organic, of course.
I'll PM you soon on when I can swing the trip. And please PM me your address so I can plan the route. HWY 1, I hope. Looking forward to seeing you guys again!
I just know I'll want the III's.

Tom,
Thanks for helping Tom D., I'm glad he's happy with them.
Stage III does not have the external bypass, so it's much better to start with a fresh set of mufflers to create a Stage III.

IPAs and reds are all good. Especially when the weather is warm! I'll pm you my address, just let me know when you are coming.

My wife just took my car to the gym...I had to stand outside and watch her drive away......I gotta tell ya, those IIIs sound so sweet when driving away!
