Hey Guys, just wanted to let everyone know we are holding a Fall Special on the RSR Header Muffler Kits for 911, 964 and 993 vehicles. I 95% completed the install on my Fabspeed RSR Headers & Muffler WITH HEAT kit yesterday. The remaining 5% I am waiting to hear back from Fabspeed about - I will explain the two issues at the end of this.

The two issues:
It's worth noting, I was provided no instructions. Although, on each of the three boxes that the product came in it explained that there are great instructions on the website. I could not find anything. The quality of the product is great. The headers and muffler all fit wonderfully, and the welds all look incredible. The problem is the WITH HEAT option that I opted for. I live in the north east, and although this is purely a leisure car for me, I am not interested in sacrificing functionality for no reason, especially if it's something as straight forward as keeping heat.
First, fitment of HEAT piping up to the heater duct:
There is one large black silicone tube that goes from the 'heat box' outlets, up to the heater duct:
You can see the black silicone tube w/ some heat protection on it in this picture:
The issue is that this silicone tube is not at all the right size, but maybe I didn't do something right because I had no instructions. This is the spacing of what I was left with:
There was a metal collector/redirector that seemed like it should go in this gap, but it also did not fit, and made no sense how it might. Here is a bad picture:
Still, there was an inch gap or so. I would like to know what exactly went wrong here, and if I am missing a part of just need to adjust something. If I were to complete this myself I would opt for another piece of silicone between the two pieces to connect them.
Second issue, this car has four O2 sensors, only two of which are used now, and my check engine light is now coming on. I expected the check engine light after knowingly zip-tying the post-cat sensors up, but would be nice to know if I could remove them entirely, and if there is a way to get my CEL removed more permanently.
The car sounds great, and while it might just be that I'm driving it a bit more aggressively because of how it sounds, the buttdyno certainly seems to be saying there's a bit more across the entire band. I would like to order some more items from Fabspeed, but will be holding off until I get these issues fixed and my questions answered.

I had a great experience with my x pipe on the fit and finish from Fabspeed. My guess is the down stream O2's need to be eliminted by you with a resistor since you just need to monitor fuel mixture (upstream)but dont need to know your CAT efficiency if there is no CAT. I'm sure Alex will get it sorted for you or help you figure it out.
