Not sure how you define "best*", but I would start with the Rennlist Classifieds, followed by Autotrader, then Excellence and Panorama.
Rennlist owners tend to be enthusists that take care of there cars and will be in better touch with reality price wise. You may find better deals on autotrader, but you will also have to wade through more cars, some/many potentially that you should avoid.
Excellence and Panorama will generally be enthusiasts cars, but will carry premium prices.
The above are all general guidelines, and of course there will always be exceptions.
Start with the Rennlist Classifieds though. you need to be a member to search them however.
*Price?, Value? Cars?
Other Internet/web sites:
Truspeed has a website, and generally has excellent cars, as well as premium prices. I have not heard of anyone being dissatisfied with Truspeed either. They are a class outfit.
Ruf in Dallas will have a small selection, but also rare premium examples.
Generally speaking, I don't think people here are too pleased with Victory motorcars.
ps: give us more info about what you are looking for and you will get better info: C2, C2S, C4, C4S, Turbo? are you specifically looking for a 993? are you open to 964, 996, 997 etc...

a slightly more time consuming way....
www.craigslist.org
Under "for sale" you'll find "cars & trucks" then search by cities, try the big ones (perhaps the affluent ones) and "car culture" places: LA, Orange County, San Diego, Dallas, SanFran, Phoenix, Seattle
