I'm going to be getting my calipers powdercoated very soon, and would like to know the best source for purchasing the Vinyl Sticker Porsche logo. I considered the stencil, but think it would be difficult.

BTW - I did a search with no success!

I bought some off of Ebay years ago when I painted my big brake kit for my SC. I do not recall the seller, but the stickers held up very well, never peeled and looked great. I think the key is apply the stickers to a very clean surface. They were something like $8 for 6 stickers, and came in a vaeriety of colors.
just go to ebay and search on "Porsche Brake Decal" and you will see several come up.

usually they give you 6 so you have 2 extras, but I only ever needed the 4 as they never peeled or got damaged. the stickers are very easy to apply, much easier and less time consuming than using a stencil.

There is a bunch to choose from on Ebay. Ive used two of them just recently. Both were good. Im sure that most of them there are OK. Wish I had a link to share but I dont. I would just make sure you are getting the right size. Some of them have diferent sizes and different colors to coose from. It is very inexspensive. Under $10 for six. GL and have fun.

he also sells on eBay. I cannot recall the right size for the 993...
his site says 3.5" but that sounds short to me. I may be wrong. Measure twice, order once

+1 for the Ebay vinyl decals... I am doing my calipers as we speak. One down three to go and the sticker looks really good.
