Yea, I saw that also, but it's only like 10% less then a brand new kit.

This is something I totally want to to do to the C4S, but not sure that's the best price for a credit card purchase.

Check with mr_bock. His installation is as clean as they come.

Actually it says it comes with an (unpictured) Uni-Q controller and intercooler. All together, that's $11.5k new. So this has the potential to be a great deal, depending on bidding.

Andreas,

I was going to suggest you talk to George about cadmium plating when you brought up the topic a few posts back. Judging on the results of his SC install, I believe Mr Bock possesses mad plating skills.

I just saw this thread. I have a TPC supercharger and I'm very happy with it.

The price is very good for the kit, however the pictures only show about half of what should be included. Most notably missing are the intercooler, heater bypass pipe, and piggyback ECU, along with a bunch of hoses. If I were a potential buyer I'd ask the seller to send me pictures of all the components.

Wow, that is a great price for the SC, Inter-cooler and the Q computer!!!!!!

My custom install at Euroquipe in St. Charles, IL cost about $4k? several years ago, but that included new coils, ignition wires, custom brackets in addition to the work I did to clean things up before the install. I have the old computer, but I am still thinking of doing the upgrade.

I applied chemical conversion coating (irridite, color - yellow) to the aluminum pieces to prevent corrosion. A good metal fabrication shop usually has this capability and should not cot too much as opposed to electro-plating process.

I wonder why the SC was taken off after so few miles? I LOVE the extra power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
