Those rears (on the eBay link) are not the hi-fi rears.

 

Hmm, wonder what are in my hi-fi pods? Mine sounds good to me, and I can't remember an amp in the map pockets.....hmmmmm

 

There is no amp in the pocket. The amp is under the passenger seat.

There was a Hi-Fi option and then there was also a Hi-Fi option with digital processing. That later one jhad a Nokia control pad in the driver's door pocket. Both had 6 speakers in the front doors. Digital option had some extra processing.

 

The amp is under the right seat. It's the DSP thing that's in the door pocket, which was an option on top of the hi-fi option. I have hi-fi but not DSP.

VMX, is your interior Classic Grey? There's somebody Russ, rbk on this board) with Classic grey interior parts for sale, but I'm not sure he has the Hi-Fi pockets.
