And just to make things even more complicated, an interesting set-up would be to use these 9" Boxster rears as front wheels while using the 10" ET65 993 rears - 9" fronts are a much better match with the 10" than 7.5" or 8"

Dave,

What is the offset of the Boxster 9" wheels? Do you any experience with this setup?

Thanks

IIRC the offset is either ET50 or ET52. I wanted to do the 9"/10" setup and run 245/285 when I bot MY02s for my white cab...in the end I went with the standard 8" fronts as it was too difficult sourcing just the two rear wheels from a Boxster, esp from overseas. My green cab (pic below) though has 9" ET42 in front and they fit with no issues....the Boxster Twist is only 1/2" wider and the decreased clearance on both inboard and outboard sides would not be the full 1/2"...more like 1/4"-3/8" I think.

Stealth 993,

I am asking $1500.00 for the set. I will also find the thread from our last drive and post the link so you can see some pictures. Herhttps://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/471557-sf-east-bay-12-14-08-drive-lots-of-pics.html?highlight=east+bay+drivee is the link

Thanks,
Darren

Jimbo3,

I have found 2 different sets of Solid Spoke Twist wheels from 2 separate sellers. The front part number on BOTH of them is 993.362.136.06 (not 01) as you indicated above. Everything else (ET 52) checks out. Sorry to be paranoid about this, but I don't want to pay for and have shipped wheels that don't fit.

I don't know that part #. Are they 7.5"? Have a dealer check the P/N.

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but....I found a set of Twists that are close by. The rear p/n checks out okay. However, the front p/n is 993.362.136.06 ET50. 7 1/2. Will this fit my NB?

Yes, 7.5" ET50 will work perfectly fine on a NB.
