Yup, surely with a price to make the US price look cheap. (For those in the US, Canadians pay considerably more for their new Porsches. Far more than just the exchange rate.)

I know it's not a GT3 or such but it floats my boat. If you can afford to buy this new, you've probably got other Porsches to fill various niches so this would be a fantastic car to just "feel better" in. Me? I'm hoping it's a monumental flop with resale values reflecting this. $60K in three years? I highly doubt it.

Tim - you have NO idea about paying more. In AU it has (and still is) always been like this.... A RORT!
Example - A 997 GT2 RS is OVER $600K in AU Pesos. - And yes the dollar when compared to the US is almost PARITY.....
I have a mate that bought a 993TT in the us NEW in '96 and in AU new in '97.
The price was approx $135K in the US - and in AU over $300k....
Just saying how well you got it!
