Front splitters + RS Wing in flat black. Thought I'd try out the look. I think it looks good with the black top and black wheels.

I guess I'm the odd man out...RS wing, no splitters.

Mine is pretty much at RS height, and there are just too many steep driveways around here to risk buggering up the bottoms of the splitters.

LOL, thanks Matt! I was hoping that it wouldn't look too "gino". I can't believe that you still haven't unpacked your box. I'm sure that last statement made no sense to everybody else...Matt and I swapped wings last December. I had mine unpacked, sanded, and painted flat black with clearcoat, within a few hours of receiving the package =)

Thanks Patrick, I'm still hoping to get OEM RS side skirts in the future. I think the stock black color would look great with the whole setup. Unfortunately, the economy is not helping me with this goal.

Jack, I can definitely relate. I need to drop my current SUV ride height but my driveway is REALLY steep. I'm already scraping at the current ride height. Actually, I also like the look of having the RS wing without the splitters...especially on the coupe.

Thanks SO much for your input! I think I will go ahead with the spoiler after all. False alarm.

Gino, I really like the black spoiler! It really works well with your smoked wheels and silver car! I'm going to stick with painting my spoiler and keeping the grille black, although I do like the painted grille that Briefescape has.

P.S. Is it grill or grille? Both are correct according to the spellcheck. I read too many British car magazines, and mix up my spelling...

Gino, you probably know this, but Porsche offered an optional all-black whale tail spoiler on the 911SC's in the late 70's. Here's a pic of one that was recently for sale locally. The entire wing is made out of urethane or a similar rubber-like material. The one on this car is somewhat deteriorated due to sun exposure. Your RS wing in black looks great, especially with the black wheels.

Gino - now you just need a set of big oval exhaust tips in matte black (from FisterD).

There's a Guards red SC with a rubber tail in December's issue of 911 & Porsche World.

FWIW, this is what the complete Aerokit with 3rd brake light looks like on our cabs.
It is OEM with splitters, rockers and bi plane.

Not a huge fan of the Aerokit, although that doesn't mean I don't like it. However, since I already have RS wheels, I wanted to stick to RS parts.
