as a side, your car looks really nice. it would probably take you a long time to find something comparable when/if you want to return to a 993
that said, if you want to try something new it appears you are getting an above-todays-market price and can certainly buy something else below market so sell high/buy low

Like the others have said, if you are serious about selling it, then you are doing well to have a real buyer lined up at that price. You might get more $'s by waiting, but there are not too many buyers out there right now in that price range from what I can tell. At the same time, I'm not sure sellers are too eager to dump the really nice low mile cars at bargain prices either.
As far as value, that is determined by what a buyer will pay and what a seller will take, but I'll share my recent perspective in today's challenging market. I had been looking for a low miles C2S since September and just bought a 97 C2S with 25k miles for about the same price as yours. My car has the upgraded suspension, but no sports seats or aero kit. I was not looking much at the 4S cars, but I imagine the value is similar. If there are low (sub 30k) mile, excellent condition wide body cars out there in the low or mid $40's, then I didn't come across them. I was limiting my search to certain colors, so maybe that was part of it. I can tell you that in the last month, I missed out on 2 C2S's that sold for over $50k. I made offers in the low $50's on both of them and they both sold in the mid 50's. Both of these cars were lower miles than yours, so that is a factor. I did run across quite a few cars (not concourse condition) with between 40k-65k miles on them and many sellers still wanted low to mid $40's for these cars. From my viewpoint as a buyer, most of the sellers with low mileage garage queen cars did not come across as motivated sellers, at least not yet.

I don't know - sold mine for around $44K with 75K miles. But, it was pretty heavily modded.

What do you want more, your 911 or a F-Car? If you wait a while, you will be able to get more for your car. It is a real bad time to sell. That said, $50k is good right now, but you can get more later! Same for the 575, I'm sure they are drastically dropping in price also.

I wouldn't consider $50,000 for a sub-30K mile C2S an "offer you can't refuse"
I can't help but wonder if the offeror is RPM or Willhoit, and we'll see that car for sale for 60 something a week after they take it off your hands.
