Did you spell detailer correctly in your search? These first two seem to be the heavyweight champs around these parts. I recall that Moe gets the most props. I like that he has up front quotes:

You might try to contact Cooper Boggs (Cooper's Classy Car Care?)

He's an active PCA/OCR member and also owns a 993.

I've never used him but will probably give him a shot next time I'm ready.

When I was living in the OC, I used Steve's Detailing for my '86 911. They do a truly AWESOME job.

I've seen a location here in SD, but haven't used them just due to proximity...or lack thereof.

I remember reading a Road & Track article about detailing when I was back in high school. The expert quoted in the article: Steve's Detailing in Newport Beach.

I use Ken (owner of DetailUSA) and I can recommend him. His website looks "corporate" but it's local and he's the sole proprietor. He does a lot of Ferrari, RR, and other high end cars. He also does Nicholas Cage's cars.
