Sai disable ????

For the record, I believe the issue with the later (after '95) cars and the SAI is actually due to the later cars having the OBD2 system. The '95 cars have OBD1 which doesn't monitor the SAI airflow so it never knows if the system is clogged. As such the '95 cars don't have a problem with emissions due to SAI failure - it may be clogged but the OBD1 never knows if it is and the car runs just fine with it clogged. The OBD2 does monitor the SAI function so "bypassing" the SAI on OBD2 cars won't work, you either have to fix the stock SAI, re-engineer the SAI system or fool the OBD2 into thinking a failed system is working - the last of which is probably the hardest. Of course this only matters in states where they test the OBD2 system for emissions compliance.
