it's way too late for a serious post, but if these people are flattening badges and denting hood/bonnets/ whatevers, they need to adjust the hood latch. mine takes about a millionth of a pound of pressure to close, and yes, I use my nice still rounded silver badge.

 

I'm only at 4.

In an effort to prevent Cactus from losing any more time, I'll close this thread. I don't think there will be any real consensus.

For the record, I did do a search but the other thread was a "trunk" closing thread and not a "hood" closing thread.

I know what you're thinking: there are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
