Default Roll call for the Porscheplatz at Laguna Seca

I'm looking to see how many 993 rennlisters will be at the Laguna Seca Porscheplatz in a few weeks, October 17th - 19th. I'm driving out from Dallas so I'm looking forward to the road trip and meeting some fellow rennlisters.

Hey there Jason. Miss your smiling face in the cockpit ;-)
I plan to leave Portland wed morning, the 15th. Going to take my sweet time down the coast and play with my new camera gear, so plan to arrive noonish on Friday. Im still planning to camp on the way, weather permitting. Who knows? I may make it late Thu.
I look forward to meeting other's, particularly a fellow Portlander, Steve.
I'll have my cell. Anyone feel free to call 503-539-5108 to hook up.
I've got the first round
Jody

I'm sure there would have been more of a response if I had posted in the other forums as well.

Love the sig by the way. That sure is a big airplane, it must take a heck of a pilot to fly one.

I'll be there at least Saturday in the Porscheplatz. Maybe all 3 days depending.

Jason, I think I remember meeting you at the Ruf Dallas meet. What route you taking here/back? Any canyon carving?

Terry, I did meet you at the Ruf meeting last summer and I look forward to seeing you again in California. I'm going to LA first, the I-40 route, to meet up with a friend of mine and we're going to drive up from there. My wife is flying out after the race and we're going to come back to Texas through southern Utah. We're spending a few days at Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Any recomendations on roads to take in southern Utah and Colorado? I haven't narrowed a route down yet, coming back from Bryce Canyon, but it looks like there are several good choices.

Here was our whole route including through UT.

Some of those roads may be snowed in.

In case I don't find you at LS, I'll send you a PM with my cell.
