I have a KR1, which I believe is rated at 70-100 lbs. or 20-70 kg:

I believe the KR2 is more robust and measures 100-320 lbs or 50-150 kg. Do we have any specs in that range?

Thanks Chuck,

I think it is Krikit I. It has taken me ages to find this in UK on the net. The Porsche shop want crazy money £75!!!!! Amazon will cost $75 with postage. I should be able to get it for about £20 (relabelled as Goodyear).

Harry,
I can pick one up on the way home for about $11 US and post it through US Postal Service Priority Mail (6-10 business days) for less than $25 US. I am happy to do so if you have trouble getting one.

Dave

PS - Amazon must use UPS - their international to some countries is outrageous.

Be careful with USPS abroad. I sent an ignition module to New Zealand about 6 months ago and it disappeared. Attempts to trace it were worthless as USPS only confirms delivery to the point where it leaves the US. After that unless the postal service at the destination country makes a special effort to track it (I doubt that ever happens) you're on your own - in other words SOL.

Dave thanks very much for your kind offer. I have located one locally for £20 so it would work out the same as buying from USA at $10. Goodyear has rebranded the Gates Krikit tool (Conti has done the same but I do not know where to get those).

HAHAHAHA, that reminds me of that show "The Young Ones," with Vivian going around flipping everyone off, but very few people here in the states knew what it meant.
