The looks on their faces was just priceless,...
Too funny.

At least this time the smog guy didnt look under the drivers door to verify a cat was installed Thats happened a few times. Best part is when they check-off their checklist verifying the cat is there

Chris,

I've seen the documentary on the 993 Turbos where they showed that they have the cleanest emmision because of their thorough burning of all exhaust gasses.

Congrats Chris. I have the same sigh of relief when my cars pass. I was especially anxious about the Turbo R. It passed with no problems.

The Modial is due next month. Not really worried ... really, I am not. (Positive thoughts.)

Getting away with it for another year is always cause to celebrate.
Fortunately the CA smog is good for two years (I'm thankful for small favors).

I just had my NA '96 smogged and it passsed by a huge margin. I think our cars will usually pass quite easily UNLESS you have a bad code - then the games begin.

This AAA office is actually filled with hotties.

I get towing coverage from my insurance company, but now THERE'S the reason I've been needing to join AAA...

Congrats Chris. My parents live in SF so I know what a pain smog can be. Luckily for us in Vancouver, our AirCare program is much friendlier. Laura at Hergesheimer is exceptional...I wish they were local to me.

Congrats. Boy do I know how that feels. Every two years, reconnect the cat, schedule the smog referee, cross fingers...
