Question Carrera Font

Does anyone know where to get the Carrera Font?
I did a search and somethings came up, including the Porsche font (which I already had), but I could not find anything that looked like the Carrera.
thanks,

Are you talking about the side graphics? And if so, early style or late?

I couldn't find the script font (any version) anywhere. I'd love to find it, so please share if you get ahold of it!

The Carrera script is extremely elusive. I think Porsche doesn't really want it to get out there and be used for random stuff. I think you may be able to find a version if you poke around 914club.

I usually use Caflisch Script, and then modify it a bit

Sample:http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/caflisch-script/

the top is stock, the bottom is modified a little–close but clearly not exact

Is it even really a font? It may be that it is a unique piece of art that Porsche had done. Has anyone see other words written in that font in Porsche materials?

Exactly the case...its proprietary to PAG.

Why not scan in an emblem or an owner's manual and then work off of that file?

I think each model's "name" is made up individually. I've seen some attempts at a font, but none of them really work that great. I'm sure some of you have seen this...

http://www.nameyourporsche.com/

A company that makes custom badges to say whatever you want in the Carrera script.

I have to say that Amfab is pretty darn close with the squished Caflisch script!

Sorry, guess I misunderstood, thought you were looking for the vinyl graphics themselves. Don't have the computer version.

Nope I was looking to play around on my computer. Where did the Porsche font come from, did someone make it or did PAG give it away? I am not at home right now, I will play with those two fonts once I return.
thanks,

If you are feeling crazy I recently read about the following free app online at http://fontstruct.fontshop.com/ where you can make your own fonts from the ground up. I have only messed around with it so far but you can do some neat things with it.

I'm bumping this incase anyone's found or made something - looking for:
the Carrera 3.8 - the script version like attached pic ...

RL's font is only for capitals and no numbers - any chance anyone has the DST format file for the above???
