Officially On The Market: 993 Coupe (sorry no Cabs)
I sold my 944S2 so we are on the market for a 993 in the $20-$35k range (depending on condition / mileage / maintenance / options). Must be manual gearbox.
I'm really looking for a 993 C2 or C2S - hoping for one with LSD and upgrade suspension such as PS9s. I will consider a C4 or C4S.
Thanks.
Joel

Hey Joel,
You are "in" the market. You may get a better response if you edit your title. "On" the market implies that you are selling.
You are making the right move, the 993s are fantastic. Lots of good ones bought an sold here.
Best,

It seams you really don't know the 993 market very well. It's going to be VERY hard to find a very clean well sorted out car for $20-25k!!!
If you find ANY C2S or C4S for $25, GRAB IT with out even looking at it. Very nice sorted out ones are well in the $45k-55k range.
In your range, you are stuck with a stock C2 in the 1995 range, or a well used 96-98 narrow body.
Good luck

Every time I see a 993 for sale, the 1995's tend be a few grand less then the 96+ ones.
FWIW, I paid well over $50k for the C4S 37kmi & $35k for the 95 C4 with 71kmi.
Both of them I feel are well worth what I paid. Out of the 10 or so 993's I looked at for a DD, only 2 were under $25k, & they needed some love, & were well over 100,000mi.
