Congrats. I think that is the car I was going to look at in January but the owner didn't send pics. I assumed he was humming and hawing about selling her as it wasn't actively being marketed. I can see why! Looks great. I ended up buying a silver '95 C2 in Phoenix instead.

Bart, that's a good looking car.... now are you ready to go down the slippery slope?

Great story! Almost mirrors mine from nearly 3 years ago (Seattle to Baltimore via Canada). Two points:

- 110 can be reached in 3rd gear....

- If you're driving with your right foot on the clutch, it might be time for a refresher course...

and maybe some HDs with MO30 springs..... and then wide ovals.... then bumperette delete.....the list just keeps getting longer and longer. Enjoy!

Bart,

I am taking the turbo twists off of my car next week to get RUF wheels. (Seems more appropriate for my car) So, my wheels will be available for sale. They are solid spoke (not hollow), but they would work well for you.

PM me if you are interested. I don't even know what they are worth.

Sounds like a good trip, but your story makes me sound like a piker.

Bart (my name too)
Well, it was worth it. As fun as our cars are, houses are much better investments than Porsches. And yours does look like a really nice one.

Hehe, thanks.

Other Bart (not a terribly common name, I guess)
