Default Now she sounds right...LPMM MOD

Just wanted to publicly thank Darin for helping me get the right sound out of the sled.

I installed my modified motor sound mufflers back onto the car not knowing exactly what to expect. I had heard them on You Tube but that typically doesn't do exhaust notes much justice.

So I turn the key and ...The car sounds PERFECT! And around 4k rev's it comes to life...the mod allows the engine sound to come through NICE.

The sound is very, very addictive to say the least.

Thanks again Darin!!!

I did the standard mod per Darin: 2" pipe. As you might know, I lean towards 'stock' when it comes to updates or mods. The car merely sounds the way it should. You can't hear the pipes while driving (unless you are between buildings at a light) It's really nice and totally unobtrusive. So to me, the standard LPMM mod DOES NOT sound like a modded system - it sounds 'stock' only better.

Hey Marlon, you actually helped push me down the slipper slope based on your experience with the LPMM's. Thanks!

I was worried that the 2" bypass would be too loud, but Darin talked me into it, and..........

It is perfect.

It doesn't make the car loud, it just makes the car sound like a Porsche should sound!

Guys, it is simple. If you have a 993, you need to have Darin do the mod to your mufflers. You wont regret it!!!!

Pop around fora listen next time you are in my area!
This mod id the rock of mods for a 993. I used a 2" pipe and I am so happy with the sound. I love the little pops and crackles sometimes too. The best part with this mod is the sound at normal driving speeds.
Just do it!!

You guys are killing me! I procrastinated for awhile to let some other unrelated things settle down and just placed my "order" with Darin earlier this week. I am sure I'll be out in the garage the night they show up installing them and taking a test drive.
