Manuals, reciepts , alignment datat, both keys and everything associated with the vehicle included. Readiness codes will be set a time of PPI and preparation for smog. All faults, if any will be noted. All details will be disclosed. After all, it will be mine which I cared for and then yours which you will want the best.

I really need to sell her because I need a 4 door asap. My youngest daughter will start preschool in june. I absolutely need a 4 door or I am in very deep trouble, hehehe. Not really, just need to down size, I still have the Esprit. The car is impecable and absolutely needs nothing other that a great driver who wants a perfect example. Cost is Negotiable but it can be best described as firm if you know the value of a very well maintained 993.

Looking forward to the responses and what you think! PPI is very welcomed. Any issue if any will be deducted from asking price.

Search any for sale and there are alot of "need work" and then they may need even more than they know. I know my car very well and I will give every bit of info to the potential buyer. I will even let the new prospect drive her for 100 miles before money transaction so long as they are serious and not in it for the joy ride. Oh, it will be a joy!

Looks great.

Where in the country are you?

Has the clutch been changed that you are aware of?

What owner are you and how long have you owned it? I'm assuming late 2006 since that is when your records start. Do you have previous records?

I'm sorry, but are you actually adding in what the labor cost would have been?

Anyway, very creative way of presenting a car.

I am the second owner. Vehicle was a corporate lease from the extensive research from a previous potential buyer. I purchased the vehicle from Brent Smith porsche fanatic, in San Luis Obispo. Clutch has an estimated 40-50% life from prior PPI. PPI was perfect other than little items and SAI fault (NO CEL) due to minor blockage in banks 1-3. Buyer said I represented the car truthfully in every way. He ended up buying a C2S from his friend in Vegas but said he would have bought mine if his friend didn't sell his so cheap. After knowing it had the fault, I completely cleaned and reamed all the SAI passages with bass guitar, thanks amfab. I will fully expalin how to maintain the SAI passages per laura hergshiemer to new owner. Not a big deal if you know what to do. All has been done to it for the next PPI that I can almost say will be perfect. No oil leaks, perfectly tight in every way. Burns about an 1/8 quart per 1000 miles. No smoking at startup and throttle. Interior looks like new and exterior, well the pics say it all. Driver rear quarter repair due to dent about the diameter of a baseball, removal of fender liner confirmed this. Repair is absolutely flawless. I would have not bought the car if it wasn't. This car is immaculate and don't take my word for it, see for yourselfand the PPI will confirm. Vehicle has not dents nor scratches. Rims are perfect and tires have very little wear.

I live in Ventura CA. The cost of labor was estimated for those that don't have a wrench. Just used so they are aware of the potential cost of ownership if they get a stock with issues. My car will need absolutely nothing! Just a good driver! The car has never been tracked. I never was able to do it due to our little ones. I have to say that I will be sad to let it go.

Your fellow rennlister,
Dindo

Every switch, button, function, mechanically operated item works on my car. Nothing needs to be done. A/c blows cold, heater, heheh, nothing can go wrong here that I know of, sunroof perfect, rear spoiler perfect, mirrors perfect, cruise perfect, radio perfect, speakers perfect. The only thing I can say it will need will be its yearly brake flush. Didn't have to do it because the rotors and fluid at time of purchase were new!

Enjoy!

Can't sell the lotus. Like Atan, it was the car I always wanted while in college, in high school, in junior high, and growing up around the world as a navy brat in japan, guam, okinawa, etc.

Dindo

By the way, if any one knows Steve Rufus, his car is always near mine at October fest, and Toys for Tots shows in CA. He can tell you from what he knows the conditon of my vehicle, visually that is.

Default Carfax looks good

A CARFAX Vehicle History Report is based only on information supplied to CARFAX. CARFAX checked over 5 billion vehicle history events and found 17 record(s) for this 1997 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA2/4S/S (WP0AA2995VS321705).

Type: Corporate fleet
Where: California
Est. miles/year: 5,110/yr

Low mileage! This owner drove an estimated 5,110 miles per year, lower than the industry average of 15,000 miles. These vehicles can be a better value.

So far, I have one extremely serious buyer. From arizona and she races Porsches for fun. Reason for wanting to buy mine, she hit a wall and totalled her prior 993. As of now, she is gathering money to buy. I know she will be a good owner because she really knows the vehicle and costs of what I have done to mine and the near new mods. Also, I can't wait for her to send pics of my 993, if she buys it, on the track that which I was never able to do. Her mechanic will be Jim Patrick who said the vehicle is worth every penny because if the condition of mine is as stated, he can't do better after adding what she will need to make it race ready. This one will only need a role bar and I will change the seats to Sparco EVO. If this pans thru, I will sell the Roadsters for anyone needing a comfortable race seat for streetuse. I think I also wasted my money on the new spoiler wall since it will be replaced with a full race wing! That's my kind of women just don't tell my wife.

Another interested in Washington, looking more for a stock one. Don't really understand that because enthusiast owned cars are almost always maintained and modified properly.

In case you want to see my compitence as a mechanic, here is pic of a car I built for GM to go on tour back in 2002. Car had 50 miles. It was white and I built it in 3-weeks. I dissassembled the entire new car with a team of 4, had it painted, engine fully built, new interior, and then I added the supercharger kit, sent to the dyno, tuned, pushed 590rwhp, sent to vegas and now it is in their museum. That was fun!

Dindo

The car will sell soon but it isn't sold until the checks are cashed! Any mor offers!

Hi Keisan,

Please, please, you're killing me here, heheheh. You know very well what my car is worth. 36K is for a very perfect stock 993 with simular miles. The mods I have done are close to 10k. I am sure you know alot about cars and the time needed to get one "right". Well, mine is "right". If bone stock ones that are perfect go for 35K or more thru a reputable dealership some 42k, what is my mods worth with labor since they are still new and cost about 9k. We will almost always fall into the slippery slope and that is why you are looking at mine, hehhe. I don't want 9K because I know I can't expect to get it back. But I think asking 39.8k is fair if you will drop deep into the slope. The seats are brand new, and the maintenance is completely done for service free life other than 3k oil change ( Brad Penn). Just SAI maintenance will need to be done every 15k. Very easy once it has been done properly. Make a better offer. If you offer is very close to my asking, we are getting very serious and you may be sending me a cashier's check. The Lady in arizona offered full asking price, she just needed to get the money together. Just spoke to her but the cash has not been sent! She said sometime next week. First reasonable offer will get my 993. We can sit down and have a glass of wine, listen to 30K tube sound system and ask why I am selling it. Simple, I need the money!

Your fellow rennlister,

Dindo
