Check fleaBay. They usually have an assortment of 3 and 4 spoke tip steering wheels.

Are you talking the stock buttons on the wheel or some type of aftermarket paddle?

I added paddle shifters to my S4, it was super easy.

I'm sure that one from eBay would not be hard, you just take the wires for the switches, & put them to the paddles.
