A Lovely Ruf+Porsche Meet (pics galore)
Hi Folks,
Kevin got his stunning Gurads Red Ruf Turbo R last week, and thanks to Mike, we had a lovely meet out at Sanata Row this morning. Beautiful day and Porsches turned out in force. We had 2-993 Rufs there. Todd showed up in a 993TTS (with 9,587 miles) , and Alvin brought his pristine E30 M3.
Also, Daytonaviolet drove up in his gorgeous 997 GT3, with a new RS wing. That was the car Jonathan (mrsullivan) passed onto his fellow Rennlisters. All in all, a lovely time was had by all.
I took a ton of pictures. So without furthere adieu, here are the pics. I especially love the ones with all the rear wings lined up in a row.
Enjoy.

PS First pic is for Steve (CA993twin). I finally had a picture of my visor signed by Alois, and it is now installed in the car.

My right brain is fighting it out with my left brain right now..
I am experiencing a major league "covet fest" over some of the goodies on those cars above..
It feels exactly like standing at top of a steep double black diamond ...
The wind is at my back and I know the ride down will be painful but exhilarating...
My only concern is having enough money to get another lift ticket!
thanks for the awesome pictures.

That is one funny post.
Fortunately, our experience is that the slippery slope is a never-ending downhill run. Once you started on it, you keep going forever.

Are you in the middle of this mess in Ohio today too Mark? It is feeling a long way from pcar season around here. Great pics Pong. Thanks for posting. I don't know if I'm more jealous of having the cars out or the fact that everyone is wearing t-shirts.
