WTB- OEM 993 Porsche Front STRUT Brace
I was told that Porsche offered the 'Front Strut Brace' (ie. the one in the trunk)as a bolt on piece.
Can anyone verify this?
Additionally- If so, Im looking to buy one.
THANKS MUCH.
Cheers.

I have one - bought it from the dealer 6 or so years ago when we all got that $100 gift cert from PCA. It is now on my new to me 964.
There are many options and all will do the same thing. Why not check with Sunset or Suncoast Porsche.

If you people who are looking for a strut-brace would use that little "Search" function. You see, it's up and to the right... (anyone care to add the .gif of the hand pushing the cursor there?)
Basically, there is a current pseudo-group buy for a strut brace that copies the 964 brace for the RUF. Yes, it fits on the 993! There is a very small possibility that you might be able to snag one, or get the fabricator to make another run of them if he can line at least 5 people up to do so.
I really do not want to get in trouble with John D, and I am NOT advertising, nor do I have any financial stake in the matter, but.... try searching for "PerfectPower"...

I have seen the other group buy etc, but I would like an OEM version, it was just an enquiry to see if there were any locations that people knew of that had the original.
So back to the original question, anybody know if these are available anywhere?
