A neighbor has a Artic Silver 97 TT with about 11,000 miles on it that he plans to sell in the spring. The condition is near perfect and tt is optioned nearly identically like my C4S, so the change would be strictly for the horsepower.
I would buy the TT if I can get close to what I have in the C4S.
I thought maye a whats it worth thread might help me make the decision weather to sell or not in the spring.

my opinion.......

58-62k.....

depending how fast you want to cash out.

if youre in no hurry.....car built like that may bring 68k without too much effort.

beyond that -youre getting well into 993 turbo country.

good luck.

IMHO after having purchased 2 low mileage 993's (both NB Cabrios) you should get $55-60K.

"68k without too much effort" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO no way

a car like this would have an asking price of ~ $59,995 at a certain 993 specialist reseller in orange county CA.

be safe

Yea but thats only like $40K Canadian these days.
68K for a 10 year old 993 because it has a little widder fenders?? Guess there is a buyer for anything somewhere. For that money I would get a 993T and have a lot more car.

The C4S is a little more then that! It really drives a lot different from a C2.

I paid $55k for mine with 37kmi & a couple more options back in November 07.

IMHO, this is at least a $60k car!

It kills me that you guys all want these car to sell for little $$, every time a car sells for more, all of our cars go up! Personally, I would love to see C4S's to start selling for $75K+!!

That car has been abused way too much. Locked up in a garage for the past 11 years, how dare you!

Nice example of well kept 993.

I say it will command what it commands. Always higher when selling, lower when buying.

As you know I did exactly what you are considering doing. The problem I see is that Turbo you describe is probably worth 75 to 80 K and although your car is very nice,I don't think you will get that.If I were looking for one I would be all over your car.Does it have Full Leather?
