Oh, I know, I was just being a doofus... I havent skiied at squaw in 20 years but I do remember it as nothing short of terrific. Last time I was there was summer of 95' and it was equally beautiful then.

Uau! Pong: Thank you for the wonderful postcards.
If I remember, the last time you were there, you went by yourself with your Porsche in a sort of spiritual momentum. That time you didn't mention the HDTV

Randy,

Glad to know that she likes the camera. I love the range, and it is sooooo light. Priced right too.

I am fast falling in love with Lake Tahoe, and Carmel, and Monterey, and Yosemite...I need to retire soon

Pong, may I ask what camera setup you're shooting with?

Chuck,

I have a Panasonic DMC FZ18. Basically a point and shoot with a built-in 18x zoom lens and image stabilizer.

The camera comes with a Leica lens. I am very happy with it. No need to switch lenses with different shots.

Pong,
I laughed out loud when I saw the furry slippers.....nice!
You're about due for another Paradise Restaurant Martini with hot peppers. Just gotta get Coleman to bring the second nicest NB black 993 I know back into town for the gig (mine would be 3rd on the list...any guesses which is #1?) ....that madman moved to LA!
I'm actually considering Westlake Village....not quite LA but close!
