Three Wheelin'
I believe those guys are out of business. I bought a package from them about a year ago and it was pretty good quality and I'm pretty handy at that stuff so I thought I'd install it myself. I learned that unless you are either a very good installer or only doing the simple stuff it's better to spring for a pro to do it. I got the hood, upper bumper and rear fender pieces on perfectly but slightly messed up the lower bumper and headlight surrounds and completely screwed up the mirrors. I thought I could live with it but perfectionist that I am I tried to get new pieces from Invinca Shield and couldn't find them. As a result I got a pro to redo it and am glad I did. I'd do the rear fenders or hood again no problem but the rest I'd leave to a pro.

Thanks for the reply.
Jim, I have the narrow body car, but with the regular nose. I already have the stone guard which i bought from Pelican. I need the nose part. Thanks for your offer.

I'm not sure what the physical differences might be with invincashield, but I bought my 993 clear film kit online from xpel.com. Put it on myself and I've been pretty happy with it for the last 3 years or so. There is a PDF on the site with the tech specs of the film.

Has anyone ever used ArmorCoat? http://armorcoat.armorauto.com/ I saw it applied to a car on the program Dream Car Garage and I wondered if it really worked.

Thing is, Invinca had scores of kits and was about half the price of anything else. They also had Euro nose patterns and such...sans bumperettes, for example.

There still is some Invincashield around if you ask installers. A professional installer is going to clearbra my car later in the week, and he is very familiar with 993's. In fact, he has saved some large sheets of Invincashield for the hood so that it can be covered with one sheet, instead of having to use multiple sheets and the resulting seam.

Many product/company names for essentially the same 3M clear film. Quality varies as do installers and to their source of the pattern kits. Better installers apply the film with no relief cuts. Installers not as skilled can sometimes put a razor right down on the body panel especially if the panel piece is not precisely cut.
