Default Good price for PSS9 install?

I was quoted $750-900 including a brake flush and corner balance. The reason for the range is that they do time and materials, not a firm price.

Not sure but to me that sounds like a good price. I was quoted $300 for an alignment without the corner balance.

are you doing sway bars too? That adds a couple hundred because it's definitely some effort.

Just the kit. No sways.

$2500 for the kit and up to $875 for install.

I paid $4500.00 for the PSS9's, H&R front and rear sway bars, alignment and corner balance. Oh and an additional $3XX.00 for a front strut tower brace. The price included all parts and labor.

You can get a bad install for $750 or $1100. I would go more on the reputation of the shop rather than price.

With that being said, I would say $800-$1100 with a corner balance is reasonable.

Install can take 5 to 7 hrs. A good alignment and corner balance is approx. $300. Based on this, I'd say it's a good price.

as mark says, search is very useful, ( as i've been reminded a few times )
a rennlister, jeff snyder, screen name (in the air)???????? posted a VERY complete process to install them yourself = $0.

Corner balance and aligment as a DIY is more challenging, but doable.
I'd recommend doing the install YOURSELF, then take it to an alignment guru.

while we're on the subject, does anyone have a Smart Racing Products camber gauge

http://www.smartracingproducts.com/

sitting around gathering dust that they'd like to sell?
I'm into doing alignment DIY

cheers

Mark, you are right on! I am new here and I did do a search on PSS9s but got mostly just prices to BUY them and very little on install. Hence the topic.

I think I have enough to go on now.

Thanks to all!
