Default Is ticketassassin useful???

Paid my dues a while back - emailed my case (none of the templates quite fit)

got nothing back apart from an automated reminder to send in my RTWD - doh.
Sent numerous emails - he has this automated support center thing set up - never responds.

I'll be sending in my declaration tonite - due on the 19th, my time has run out; I'll be using the 'speed trap/advisory speed limit' agrument as thats all he's got.

Shame - reading the blurb on the site made me believe that he actually helps you out if your case is a little different - not true.

A waste of $25.

yep... think he beat several that way. course i found out after i did t-school! -doh-

from what i understand the officer has to fill out a more detailed report (rarely have time to & can't recall much)... most drivers never do a w.d. $$$revenue$$$ cow... or is that sow?

Surj,

A few years ago, I beat a radar ticket with Ticket Assassin and the written declaration procedure. If yours is a radar ticket, I can try to look for my write up.

I just got a 'no U-turn' ticket that I cannot do traffic school for. So my only recourse is written declaration. I am not using ticket assassin on this one as they have nothing on u-turn matters.

Good luck.

Yes its a radar ticket - 62 in a 45 (open road, light traffic) overtook an erratic driver and Mr 5-o got me bang to rights even tho I was slowing again...I told him about the other driver (I'd dropped back and 'watched' her driving for about 3 miles before overtaking where the road markings allowed - exactly where the nice Mr policeman was set up; facing me). But the officer had no interest - just wrote the ticket with a 'have nice day'...!

gulp.
