What a great idea: I am up for that and will readily do so - Holger admitted in a subsequent email that he did not put 'VA' on the shipping label. Again my faith is bouyed by honesty and up-frontness. He could have easily 'dodged' the issue

Make sure that when the original ones turn up, and they probably will eventually, that you send them back to him. This is of couse if you have received the second set he sent you.

This happened with a small part I ordered from the US. I got one, then about a week later I got it again.
I contacted him and he said on that particular day he had driven away from home with about 5 small packages on the roof of his car.
Realizing that they were "lost" he eventually redid all 5 and sent them off again.
Apparently an unknow someone found my package and posted it anyway.
See, there are honest people in the US.
When I contacted the seller he said that I was the only buyer that had admitted to receiving two, and had sent the second one home.

Strange story but true.

Great, looking forward to it. I prefer black but those rings look good.

Marlon,
I had planned on another trip to your neck of the woods but did a number on my lower back earlier in the week (hauling firewood). I'm still recovering and spent all of Friday and part of today in bed! Not fun.

(That was one of the 'good' things that happened today...more to follow)

Here is the feedback I left on Ebay verbatim:
"Terrific ebayer - thanks a million!!! A+A+A++A+"

And he left this (don't know what it says, but...)
Excellente Abwicklung, 1A eBayer, www.armaturenringe.de sagt Dankeschön !!!

I am an ecstatically happy camper: Thanks Holger!
+1. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
