I don't like these Victory-type dealers much either. But in most cases aside from some liberty with the absolute truth, they aren't braking the law.
The answer is don't sell to them. Why would anybody? They can't be offering top dollar when they plan to put a shine on the car and sell for +$10k more.
When I was looking for a car I just passed over these types of vendors.

We don't need members who think nothing of committing a felony
I was going to commit several on the ride home tonight (580 miles). They will all be speed related of course.
Doubt the IRS agent in SF can do much to a business in TX. Bunch of hot air if you ask me.

I can't leave rennlist for a few hours. Either something really cool gets given away for free, or I miss posts like this.
Popcorn in one hand
Big Gulp on the other
I'm ready...

Guess what is a lot worse than a used car salesman? A fake IRS agent who couldn't even get his grammar right.
In fact, I have bought good cars from a few honest, decent used car salesmen here in Taiwan. Used car salesmen, to me, are people, too. Sometimes we encounter good ones; sometimes crooks.

Hate's a pretty strong word. I don't hate them. I just thing they don't contribute much added value
( a good detailing is worth $200 not $10k).
I wouldn't buy from them for that reason and I'm not a seller- but if I was , I think I could do better privately but YMMV.

Has anyone ever dealt with Victory. They have some great aircooled cars. I have a buddy that is looking for a nice 964. I suggested he contact Victory.
As far as the IRS agent goes....... Nevermind.
