do a search of your RL Vendors or previous posts, Viper Bob and Gert are well known in this topic.

Bilstein HDs with M030 springs and F/R M030 way bars for 95 C4 $1850 Viper Bob
Gert Protection Bar-$150...it originally came from Gert, bought from Dan V
KLA Strut Bracie $135...KLA Direct
Rennsport Chip-Steve W.

I bought from Rennlist Sponsors rather than finding the cheapest price. Viper Bob, Gert, Rennsport, Motorsport of Salt Lake. There have been a number of Sponsors that provided more advice and insight that goes further than the cheapest price. That also includes a Rennlist Sponsor that installs and does work on my 95 C4.

Thats just my 2 cents.

thanks 95 C4 993, I agree on going with a RL sponsor.....

btw.....what is the advantage to the fabspeed airbox over the drilled stock one? Does it sound more agressive or add any hp?

thanks,
sam

Couldnt tell you the difference between the fabspeed and drilled. With my exhaust and the airbox, its a deep growl sound. I definately like it and its a pretty inexpenisve upgrade or easy drilling process.

HP---if any I could never tell. Little, if any at all.

Based on my search, Gert's 795 Euro (x1.33 for US $) for the ROW spring height or 895 Euro for the OEM US spring height is the cheapest offering for 4 HDs.

It appears that Gert has not updated his page now that ALL new Bilstein HDs come with the extended threads. Or maybe he has some old stock of the non-extended thread HDs that he's selling for a discount price?

For an apples to apples comparison, the HDs you get from every other vendor are comparable to the ones Gert lists for 895 Euro (~US$1200).

In Europe, the front shocks with no extended threads are still the standard.
