The rain gutter delete looks great!! New factory primed parts are always a nice sight.
You might consider having your painter add a couple extra coats of clear so you'll have enough material to provide a deep dead flat finish.

My painter is going to great lengths to provide a very smooth finish with none of the Factory orange peal. We are talking Show Quality Finish!!!! He did some paint inside the sunroof and where the front fenders mount. That paint color just pops out!!!!! and it is not as smooth as the body will be.

I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This is my Pazificblau SC that I had completely restoratively repainted. Double cleared, wet sanded progressively with 1000/1600/2000 before machine polished with 3M PerfectionII polish.

I just opened my delivery from The 928 Leather Shop. Rob covered the upper dash and the rear shelf in black leather with gray french stitching. Absolutly stunning!!!! I will take some pix tomorrow and post them. Ahhhh, the sweet smell of leather.

I did a fit check of the DAS roll bar and all is good there. That will get cleaned up for finishing. So much to do, so little time!!!!!!!!!!

Is the alcantara headliner a kit for DIY? Something I've considered doing...how much?

BTW, the new leather dash looks awesome....my cab's vinyl dash may be due for a replacement

I sent my old headliner to Rob at The 928 Leather Shop so they could cut an oversized Alcantara headliner that will be installed by a professional. This is definetly not a DIY!!!!

The rough cut headliner cost about $480 which, not including installation, is less than a OEM liner.

Here are more pix of the restoration/modification... Time is getting short before the 2008 Porsche Parade and a lot still has to be done!!!!!!!

The car should get the color paint on this week.

A shot of the engine bay with my K&N air filter housing that I hand made out of stainless steel.

Simply stunning leather and stitch work. I like it a lot! I can't wait to see the alcantara headliner and everything else installed. Blows my interior conversion away

Tell us more about that bling intake.
