. . . especially one with very long thin arms . . .
She actually reached in with her left arm (see picture). Yes that's her left arm (she wants me to tell you that she doesn't look deformed in person (the picture looks sort of strange the way her arm can compound bend like that)). She was able to bleed the clutch slave cylinder though the gap between the suspension and body, no removing the transmission pan or anything!
I just jacked up the car, supported it with jack stands, the jack, and a pile of wood under the heat exchanger as triple redundancy to assure her and myself of her safety. After the car was in the air it was only 15 min to hook up the Motive, and have her do it. . .
I think I'll wait a few months before I ask for spark plug help. . .
Oh, by the way, brake fluid removes fingernail polish

Wow, sounds like you have a great "assistant" there! I don't see a bleeding hose..?
What I found is a lift greatly simplies this task. Last 993 I bled the clutch slave and it took myself sitting on a stool under the car reaching up to the bleed nipple...no double joints needed, total job maybe 5 minutes. It was pretty easy. But then again it would have been nicer to be working with a double jointed woman on the job!
Cheers,
Mike
